Instant telephone service, when you need it, where you need it, at an affordable cost. onephone is a telephone service that uses VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) to route calls over the internet. It is a great new way to make and receive phone calls using any broadband or high speed Internet connection.

The Local Calling Plan

  • Unlimited onephone-to-onephone calling. As long as the person you’re calling is a onephone customer, it doesn't matter how long you talk. There is no additional cost.
  • Unlimited incoming and outgoing local calling
  • Low, low per minute call rate to Grand Bahama and Abaco
  • Only $9.95 per month

IndiGO is unable to offer this service in New Providence at this time as BTC has refused to provide us with circuits that would allow calls to and from BTC subscribers to be completed on our Network. As BTC makes the necessary circuits available, customers in New Providence will have access to this service.

Need another line?

Thinking about a separate line for the kid’s room, or for a home office? For customers who already have a onephone and want to add an additional line, doing so couldn’t be easier. Additional phone lines are available for a $9.95 per month fee. Once you’ve signed up for the extra line, it’s as simple as plugging in a phone to the second port on the onephone and you’ll be ready to make calls.

onephone gives you the flexibility to add another line as your needs increase.  Simply call our Customer Service Department at 677-1111 or 688-1111 to find out how you too can sign up for a second line.

CLASS Features include: Voicemail, Call Hold, Call Waiting, Cancel Call Waiting, Caller ID with Caller Name, Caller ID Block, Caller Name Block, 3-Way Calling, Call Return, Do Not Disturb. Some features, such as Caller ID, require a display on your telephone equipment in order for you to take advantage of these features. All onephone calling features require the use of a touch-tone telephone. You must have broadband internet access in order to use onephone. It is not a product for use on dialup Internet access.

Calls to numbers in the selected Unlimited Country (Includes calls to the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Denmark, Ireland, Sweden and Switzerland only) that are considered premium (e.g., wireless phones, pagers) will be charged the standard Out-of-Plan Calling Rates for those countries. $24.95 service activation fee applies. Disconnect fee and other charges may apply. DSL or Cable Internet access required. Service will not function during a power or broadband service outage and is not compatible with home or office security systems. To ensure correct emergency call routing, the Service Address provided to IndiGO Networks must correspond to the physical location of your onephone. Failure to do so will result in your 911 calls being misdirected. Other restrictions apply.
